THIS INDENTURE,made the 20 dayof May -;nineteen hundred and sixty-five

EASTERN SHORES, INC., a corporation organized under and existing
by virtue of the Business Corporation Law of the State of New
York, having its principal office at Middle Road, Greenport,
New York,
party of the first part,and
JOSEPH M. SCHNEIDER, residing at Middle Road, Greenport, New York,
and
TONY NORRLUN, residing at Oyster Pond Lane, Orient, New York p I
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideratiorpaid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release..to the party of the second part,the heirs or

Suffolk and State of New York and described as Lot #7 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport",
filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
April 27, 1964 as Map #4021.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions appearing on lists attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof,
THIS conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part. This conveyance is of
premises which do not constitute all or substantially all of the
assets of the party of the first part.
TOGETHER with beach rights and access thereto as described in
grant made by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land
& Development Corp, to Eastern Shores, Inc., dated the 17th day
of March, 1965, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office
on March 18, 1965, in Liber 5716 at page 16.
