TOGETHER with a right of way over said 49.51 private road from the northeasterly corner of the premises southerly about 357 feet to Manhanset Avenue for ingress and egress. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Austin L. Davison by deed dated 11/9/55, recorded 12/27/55 in Liber 4044 cp 564, as corrected by deed from Austin L. Davison dated 6/28/56, recorded 7/2/56 in Liber 4136 ep 562. The parties of the second part shall have the right to erect and install, or cause to be erected and installed, or extend, or cause to be extended, pipe lines under and poles over the said private road in order to enjoy service of water, electricity, gas, telephone and any other utility.
