Northerly by the Long Island Sound about fifty (50) feet more or less;
Easterly by land now or late of Dorothy A. Conklin about five hundred
and fifty eight hundredths (500.58) feet; Southerly by a one (1) rod
right of way owned now or formerly by said Dorothy A. Conklin; and
westerly by a right of way one (1) rod wide leading from the old Kings
Highway or Main Road to the Long Island Sound, about four hundred
d' seventy-six and forty hundreths (476.40) feet.
Together with the free and unobstructed use of said one (1) rod right
of way on the west to and from the Old Kings Highway or Main Road to
Long Island Sound. Together with all the right, title and interest of
the party of the first part of, in and to the land under water of Long
Island Sound adjacent to and upon which said premises abut.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Blanche W.
Wenk to Hannah H. Smith by deed dated April 13, 1940 and recorded
April 15, 1940 in Liber 2095 at page 72.
PARCEL ALL that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being near Greerpxt,
TWO in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the
easterly line of land now or formerly of May C. Francisco and on the
direct extension westerly of the southerly line of land now or formerly
of Hannah H. Smith, said point being North 27 degrees 02 minutes 30
seconds West a distance of 16.10 feet from a monument on said easterly
51" line of land now or formerly of May C. Francisco, 529.99 feet northerly
along said line from a monument on the northerly line of North Road;
from said point of beginning running on said extension westerly of the
southerly line of land-now or formerly of Hannah H. Smith, South 56
degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 50.0 feet; thence along
land conveyed or about to be conveyed by May C. Francisco to Marston,
North 26 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 447.79 feet to

PARCUL ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
lam. THREE and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being near
the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of a certain right of
way marking the southeasterly corner of lands now or formerly of
Hannah H. Smith, said point of beginning being located with
reference to the North Road as follows; from a concrete monument
set in the northerly line of the North Road running along the
westerly line of a right of way, North 25 degrees 17 minutes 30
seconds West, 529.99 feet to a concrete monument; thence still
along said westerly line, North 27 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds
West, 16.10 feet to said point of beginning; running thence
North 56 degrees 43 minutes 10 seconds East, about 16.6 feet to
a point; thence North 27 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West, about
475 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;
thence in a southwesterly direction along the ordinary high water
mark of Long Island Sound, 19.2 feet, more or less, to a point
distant measured at right angles 16.5 feet from the second described
course; thence on a line distant 16.5 feet measured at.right angles
from said second course, South 27 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds
East, 467.90 feet to the point or place of beginning; being and
intended to be so much of a right of way, the fee of which is owned
now or. formerly by the Village of Greenport, running from the
North Road to Long Island Sound as lies between lands owned now
or formerly by Hannah H. Smith on either side.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the Village
of Greenport to Hannah H. Smith by deed dated April 11, 1961 and
recorded April 24, 1961 in Liber 4976 at page 510.
