Railroad monument first above mentioned at the point or place of

Grantee covenants that until the purchase money mortgage given as part
consideration for purchase of premises herein described is fully paid that he,
�I his successors and assigns, will not remove or sell soil from premises, or conduct
clay pit.or sand pit operations thereon without prior written consent of grantor.
This covenant shall run with the land. Grantee, however, shall have the right,
without prior approval, to rough grade, level and remove excess soil or sand,
provided same is not for sale and provided further, that the existing grade of
the premises is maintained.
The party of the first pert herein is the same Corporation as the
Grantee In deed from Post Building Materials, Inc. dated 9/29/47
and recorded in Liber 2768 ep 412 and erroneously named in said
I Deed as "Nassau Brick Company".
