BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a public highway
(known as Wood Lane, where same is intersected by the northerly line of
land conveyed by the party of the first part to the party of the second
(part; running thence in a general northerly direction along the easterly
line of Wood Lane, 50 feet; running thence in a general easterly direct-
( of lion, a distance of 100 feet to the northeasterly corner of land now or
,formerly of Getches; running thence in a general southerly direction

at a point approximately 67.63 feet north of the northeast corner of the
intersection of Wood Lane and Beach Road and extending thence along the
easterly line of Wood Lane in a northerly direction 50 feet North
degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds-East, thence in an easterly direction
.along other lands of the party of the first part 100 feet, thence in

thence in a westerly direction along lands now or formerly of L. Pollock
