BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Bridge Street distant 127.85
feet westerly from the corner of the northerly side of Bridge Suet and the
westerly side of Sterling Place; running thence along Bridge Street, south

by deed made by Charles M. Raynor dated March 14, 1922, recorded March
17, 1922, in liber 1038 of conveyances, page 455, in the Suffolk county clerk's
office.
