of the County of Suffolk on April 27, 1964 as Map #4021.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part herein, and covers premises
which do not constitute all or substantially all of the assets of the !
party of the first part.
Said premises are conveyed SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of
record insofar as the same are now in force and effect.
