VINCENT C. REUTHER and MARY C. REUTHER, his wife, both residing at

WITNESSETH,that the parry of the first part,in consideration of

lying and being inaiK at Arshamomoque, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the southwesterly line of Bayview
Avenue at the division line between the premises herein described
and land now or formerly of Lieblein, being the southeasterly corner
of the premises herein described, saidpoint being also 425.82 feet
northwesterly from the extension westerly of the northerly line of
Colony Road measured along a course North 46 degrees 41 minutes 30
seconds West;
RUNNING THENCE South 54 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West along
said land now or formerly of Lieblein and through a monument 205.15
feet to the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond (Mill Creek)1
THENCE along said ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond to
a point therein having a tie line on a course North 43 degrees 58
minutes 40 seconds West, 169.90 feet to land now or formerly of
_ Spezio;
THENCE North 57 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds East along said land
now or formerly of Spezio and through an iron pipe to an iron pipe
on the southwesterly line of Bayview Avenue, a distance of 199.50 feet;
i' THENCE South 46 degrees al minutes 30 seconds East along said south-
westerly line of Bayview Avenue, a distance of 160 feet to the monu-
ment at the point or place of beginning.
TOGETEER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to Bayview Avenue adjoining said premises,
to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to said Arshamomoque Pond (Mill Creek)
adjoining said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as conveyed to J. Henry
Gies and Edna M. Gies, his wife, the grantors herein, by Grace E.
