from Greenport, where the same is intersected by the westerly line of a public
I� highway known as Silvermere Road; running thence westerly along said southerly
line of said Main South Road (Route 25) one hundred (100) feet to land now or
former of Post Brick Com Inc.; running thence southerly on a line para-
llel to the westerly line of said Silvermere Road to land of Long Island Rail-
road Company; running thence northeasterly along said land of Long Island Bail-
road Company to said westerly line of Silvermere Road; running thence northerly
along said westerly line of said Silvermere Road two courses to said southerly

SUBJECT to a right of way fifty (50) feet in width from the southwesterly con-
