THIS INDENTURE,made the 911, day of April ,nineteen hundred and sixty-five,
I BETWEEN Oscar Goldin, residing at Greenport, New York,
in
party of the first part,and Ruth Reese, residing at Greenport, New York,

party of the second part.
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the semnd
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the parry of the second put,the heirs or suamon and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being inalr at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known as the easterly 55 feet of lot 57 shown and designated on
a certain map entitled, "Plan of Property at Greenport, Suffolk County, New
York, known as Greenpoil Driving Park, Surveyed by C. H. Batemann,
Shelter Island, New York', laid out in lots by C. N. Hall, Brooklyn, New
York, 1909, and duly filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of
record, if any.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the !
