Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: -
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of a private road,
g 100. 0 feet northwesterly along said northeasterly line from the
u cl� westerly corner of land of Eisen; from said point of beginning
running along said northeasterly line of said private road, North
46 degrees 09 minutes West, a. distance of 100. 0 feet; thence along
land of the party of the first part, three courses : (1) North 43
degrees 51 minutes East, a distance of 150, 0 feet; thence (2) South
46 degrees 09 minutes East, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence (3)
South 43 degrees 51 minutes West, a distance of 150. 0 feet to the
point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said private road from the
southerly corner of the premises northwesterly about 360 feet to
Middle Road.
TOGETHER with a right of way 25 feet in width as new laid out over
other land of the party of the first part leading from Kings Highway
or North Road to the waters of Long Island Sound.
TOGETHER with the right to the use, in common with others , of a
right of way 25 feet in width bounded northwesterly by land of Dimon,
northeasterly by the 25 foot private road running southerly from North
Road to land now or formerly of Cassidy, southeasterly by land of
Whyard, and southwesterly by Arshamomaque Pond.
The party of the second part covenants that sewage and waste water
upon said premises shall be disposed of in such manner as not to con-
taminate the potable water supply thereon and upon the adjoining
premises and so as not to contaminate the waters of Arshamomaque Bay
and shall be disposed of in such manner as shall be approved by the
Public Health authorities of the State of New York.
