BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of the Main South Road

the westerly line of a public highway known as Silvermere Road;
running thence westerly along said southerly line of said Main South
Road (Route 25) one hundred (100) feet to land now or formerly of Post
Brick Company, Inc.; running thence southerly on a line parallel to the
westerly line of said Silvermere Road to lend of Long Island Railroad
Company; running thence northeasterly along said land of Long Island
Railroad Company to said westerly line of Silvermere Road; running
thence northerly along said westerly line of said Silvermere Road
two courses to said southerly line of Main South Road (Route 25) at
the point of beginning.
