Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows. - BEGINNING at a point on the easter-
ly line of Bailey Avenue where the same is intersected by the southerl
line of land of Frederick E, and Margaret Reed Hulse, running thence
in a southerly direction along the easterly line of Bailey Avenue a
distance of fifty (50) feet; running thence easterly and parallel with
the southerly line of land of Fred E. and Margaret Reed Hulse to a
certain right of way; running thence Northerly along said right of way
to the southerly line of land of Fred E. Hulse and Margaret Reed
Hulse; running thence westerly along the southerly line of land last
mentioned to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in and to such portion of Bailey Avenue as adjoins said
premises on the west to the center line thereof, and also
