line from the southeasterly corner of land of Yuma Corp.; from said point of
beginning running along said land of Cleaves Point Corp. two courses as follows:-
(1) South 20 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds East 124,05 feet; thence
(2) South 21 degrees 24 minutes 20.seconds East 50,0 feet, more or less, to
the ordinary high water mark of Gull Pond; thence southwesterly along said high
water mark about 100 feet to the edge of a dredged canal; thence northerly along
said dredged canal about 180 feet, thence along land of thA parties of the first
part, North 62 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds East 112 feet, more or less, to
the point of beginning.
