ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Arshamomaque, 'Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
iNew York, known and designated as lot number 60, on a certain map entitled
"Revised Map of Peconic Bay Estates," made by Otto Van Tuyl, Engineer and
Surveyor of Greenport, N.Y. June 1928, and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on July 30th, 1928, as Map No. 658. which said lot is
bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument set in the easterly side of Bayshore Road
where same is Intersected by the division line between lots 59 and 60
on the aforesaid map;
RUNNING THENCE south 23 degrees 51 minutes east along the said
easterly side of Bayshore Road, 50 feet to a monument;
jl THENCE north 66 degrees 09 minutes east along the northerly side
l of lot 61 on said map, 144.93 feet through a monument to the highwater
it mark of Peconic Bay;
THENCE north 18 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds westalong said high-
water mark of Peconic Bay, 50.23 feet to the southerly aide of lot 59

THENCE south 66 degrees 09 minutes west, along said southerly side
of lot 59, and through a monument to the easterly side of Bayshore Road,
