paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second,part, the heirs

THENCE southwesterly along said Summit Drive on a curve to the right, having a radiu
of 17639 feet, a distance of 116.85;
THENCE through Lot 5 a snown on said map North 290 55' 20" West for a`distance of
200.0 feet;
THENCE northeasterly North 600 041 20" East a distance of 120.06 feet;
THENCE southeasterly: along the division line between Lots 6 and 7 to the point or
place of BEGINNING.

eration as'a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
