BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of Bayview avenue
which marks the northwesterly corner of land of William J. Winselman
and Alma J. Winselman and running from said point of beginning North
46° 41' 30" West 85 feet along the southwesterly line of Bayview Avenue
to a point; running thence South 600 23' 20" :lest 186 feet, more or less
along land of Helmut Hass to the ordinary highwater mark of Arshamomoque
Pond; running thence 80 feet, more or less, in a southeasterly direction
along the ordinary highwater mark of Arshamomoque Pond to land of
William J. Winselman and Alma J. Winselman and. running thence North 61°
05' 50" East 185 feet, more or less, along said land of William J.
Winselman and Alma J. Winselman to a point on the southwesterly line of
Bayview Avenue, the point or place of beginning.
The foregoing courses and distances are as shown on survey of Otto
W. VanTuyl & Son, licensed land surveyors, Greenport, New York, dated
