This conveyance is subject to the following restrictions:-
That neither tine parties of the second part, nor their heirs, successors
or assigns shall use the said granted premises or permit the scva to be
used for the carrying on of any noxious, dangerous or offensive trade or
business, nor shall any dwelling be erected on said promises which
shall cost less than Three Thousand (.„13000) Dollars and no building
(including stoops, porches and piazzas) shall be erected or maintained
within ten (10) feet of the front street line and no stable or garage
or other outbuilding shall be erected on said premises except on the roar,
half thereof.
