concrete monument; thence northerly along the easterly line of land
now or formerly of Fordham a distance of 50.0 feet; thence in a
easterly direction and along the southerly line of other premises this
day conveyed by the party of the first part a distance of 100.0 feet
to the point or place of beginning.
