lying and being near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
<. z County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
Lot No. 86 on a certain map entitled "Map of Eastern Shores at Green-
port, Section II" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on August 10, 1965 as Map #4426.
TOGETHER with the use of the beach area as described in deed made
by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land & Development
Corp. to Eastern Shores, Inca dated March 17, 1965 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 18, 1965 in Liber 5716
at page 16 and together with access thereto from the premises herein
described over Sound Drive. Together with a right of way of ingress
and egress to Middle Road over the roads shown on the Map of Eastern
Shores at Greenport, Section 2.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions shown on list attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof.
THIS CONVEYANCE is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part. This conveyance is of
premises which do not constitute all or substantially all of the
assets of the party of the first part.
