BEGINNING at a point on the assumed northerly lime of the Main Road
25 feet, more or less, easterly along said northerly line from a monument at

25.0 feet easterly from the easterly boundary line of said land of Richards -
measured at right angles thereto; from said point of beginning running along
land of the party of the first part, three courses:
(1) Parallel to and 25.0 feet easterly from said easterly boundary line
of said land of Richards, N. 40 52' W. - 204.0 feet; thence
SII (2) N. 750 531 E. - 99.72 feet; thence
(3) S. 40 52' E. - 210.0 feet to said assume northerly line of the Main
