BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of Main Road 20
feet Westerly from an iron pipe set on the Southwesterly corner
of land now or formerly of Edward Van Cura and Charlotte Van j Cur.,said iron pipe being located about 950 feet easterly from the Mill
!. Creek Bridge along said Northerly line of Main Road and being more
particularly located by a tie line running North 40° 31'50" East,
257.28 feet from a granite monument to the said iron pipe, said
granite monument being set at the Easterly terminus of that course
on the Southerly line of said Main Road which runs North 69° 07' 20"
East and the Southwesterly terminus of that course on the Southeas-
terly line of said Main Road which runs South 51° 37' 20" West, said
point of beginning being the Southeast corner of the premises;

running thence South 38' 22' 40" East, 200 feet along said land

La Colla and Verna La Colla, his wife, to Verna La Colla by deed
dated the 1st day of October, 1964 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk-'s office on December 7, 1964 in Liber 5664 at page
501.
