THIS INDENTURE,made the Ll day of May nineteen hundred and
fifty-three
BETWEEN CLINTON A. ROMMEL, residing at Inlet Lane (no street number)
near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y.,
and JACOB W. TYLER, residing at Fourth Street, Greenport, New York,
party of tha first part,and JOHN J. MORRIS, residing at Inlet Lane (no street
number) near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, N. Y.,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of TEN AND NOIIOO (410.00)

lawful money of the United Srates,and other good and valuable considerations paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second
part,
his heirs aml assigns forever,
ALL that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being east
q of the Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:-
. BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Gull Pond Inlet
formed by the intersection of the prolongation easterly of the
northerly line of other lands of the said John J. Morris with said
easterly line of Gull Pond Inlet; running ['hence easterly in o pro-
longation easterly of said northerly line of larris of Morris to the
high water mark of Gardiner's or Yjarion Day; running thence southerly
along the high water mark of Gardiner's Bay to the southerly line of
the arenises herein described which southerly line is distant one
hundred fifty (150) feet from the northerly line thereof; running
thence westerly and Parallel with the northerly line of the premises
herein described and at all points distant one hundred fifty (150)
feet therefrom to the easterly line of Gull Pond Inlet; thence
northerly and northeasterly along the easterly line of Gull Pond
Inlet to the noint or place of beginning.
