ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being east of the Village of Greenport in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, and being bounded and described
as followat

_ BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the easterly line of a
new road, 50 feet in width, known as Inlet Lane, said monument being
three hundred feet (3001) southerly along said easterly line of said
Inlet Lane from the point of intersection of said easterly line with
•�-^�-•_� the southerly line of Manhanset Avenue; running thence easterly at
an angle of ninety degrees (900) with said easterly line of .Inlet
Lane and parallel with said southerly line of Manhanset Avenue,
abouttwo hundred fifty feet (2501), more or less, to the high water
line of Gull Pond Inlet; running thence southerly and thence south-
easterly along said high water line of Gull Pond Inlet to the land
of the party of the sepond part, being the southerly line of the
premises herein described; running thence westerly at an angle of
ninety degrees (900) with said easterly line of Inlet laneand parallel
with said southerly line of Manhanset Avenue and with the northerly
line of the premises herein described, and along the land of the
party of the second part, about three hundred twenty feet (3201),
more or less, to a concrete monument set on said easterly line of
Inlet Lane; running thence northerly along said easterly line of
Inlet Lane, one hundred.feet (1001) to tho.point and place of
