line of lands of Mary Cooper Franelace (said point of beginning is also distant as
measured along the Northerly side of said North Road 590.80 feet Easterly from a
concrete monument set at the intersection of said Northerly side of Bald North Road
with the Easterly line of lands of Valentine Rush) and from Bald point of beginning
running along the Northerly side of said North Road South 770 44' West 126.80 feet
to another concrete monument; thence North 16. 171 West along lands of Goodale and
Youagp and passing through a concrete monument in said line, Set on the top of the
eliffsp 4461 feet to the highwetao mark of Long Island Sound; thence Easterly
following the highwater mark of Long Inland Sound, about 150 feet, to. point Orth 14

County Clerk's Office in liber 1439 of deeds at page 61 on June 19,1929 0 11 A.N.
SUBJECT to say state of facts a more accurate survey any showy providing the
same does not render the title thereto unmarketable.

BB-TINNING at a stake at the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described
on the present northerly line of Middle Read,.know.as county.Ro44 Ne. 27; thence
runnng iNorth 16 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds Went along the division line between
Lots Nos. 11 and 12 as laid out on said map 446.79 feet to a point in the ordinary _
high water line of Long Island Sound] thence running North 60 degrees 35 minutes 00 _
seconds East along said ordinary high water line of Long Island Sound 100 feet; _
