TOGETHER WITH the use of the beach area as described in deed made
by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land & Development
Corp. dated March 17, 1965 and recorded March 18, 1965 in Liber
5716 at page 16.
SUBJECT TO Covenant and Restrictions shown on list attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof.
