paid by the part ies of the second part,do hereby grant and release unto the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,all
that certain piece or parcel of land situate north of the village of
Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:- Beginning at a point on
the westerly line of a public highway known as Sunset Lane, where the
same is intersected by the southerly line of land conveyed by the
southerly line of land conveyed by the parties of the first part to
Russell J. Smith and Alice R. Smith, running thence in a general south-
erly direction along the westerly line of Sunset Lane, a distance of
one hundred fifty (150) feet to a monument set at the northeasterly
corner of land of Slawski; running thence in a general westerly directi n
along land last mentioned, one hundred fifteen & twenty-hundredths
(115.20) feet to a monument set at the northwesterly corner of land of
Slawski, said point being also on the westerly line of land of Dorothy
Barstow McCann; running -thence in a general northerly.direction along
land last mentioned, one hundred fifty (150). feet more or less to the
southwesterly corner ofland of Russell J. Smith and Alice R. Smith;
running thence in a general easterly direction along land last

mentioned, to the point or place of beginning.
This conveyance is subject to the following restrictions:
1. No trailers shall be parked or maintained on any part of the
said premises. - -
2. No fences shall be erected on said premises at a greater
height than four feet.
3. No cowsn pigs or any other animal,'eRcept.domestic pets shall
