Smith, running thence in a general south- erly direction along the westerly line of Sunset Lane, a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet to a monument set at the northeasterly corner of land of Slawski; running thence in a general westerly directi n along land last mentioned, one hundred fifteen & twenty-hundredths (115.20) feet to a monument set at the northwesterly corner of land of Slawski, said point being also on the westerly line of land of Dorothy Barstow McCann; running -thence in a general northerly.direction along land last mentioned, one hundred fifty (150). feet more or less to the southwesterly corner ofland of Russell J. Smith and Alice R. Smith; running thence in a general easterly direction along land last 1 mentioned, to the point or place of beginning. This conveyance is subject to the following restrictions: 1. No trailers shall be parked or maintained on any part of the said premises. - - 2. No fences shall be erected on said premises at a greater height than four feet. 3.
