THIS INDENTURE,made the ,g 7fA day of September ,nineteen hundred and sixty-five
BETWEEN FREDERICK N. DAVIS and BETTY LYNN DAVIS, his wife, both
residing at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, the said Frederick N. Davis being also known as Frederick Nolan Davis, Jr.
party of the first part,and PAUL E. MELLAS and DOROTHY M. IIELLAS, his wife,
both residing at Greenport,. Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first pad,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second pad,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

'-� ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, C-only of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westery line of a public highway known as
Sunset Lane, where the same is intersected by the southerly line of land now or
formerly of Russell J. Smith and Alice R. Smith, running thence in a general
southerly direction along the westerly line of Sunset Lane a distance of seventy-
five feet; running thence South 620 31' 30" W. 112.17 feet; thence North 250
19' 50" W. 75.06 feet to the southwesterly corner of land now or formerlyof
Russel J. Smith and Alice R. Smith; running thence N. 620 31' 30" E. 109.15
feet to the point or place of beginning. '
Subject to restrictions of record.
BEING, and intended to be the northerly half of premises conveyed to
parties of first part by Richard R. Miller and one by deed dated October 3, 1952
Rod recorded October 7, 1957 in Liber 4372 c/p 170 in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office.
