PARCEL NO. ONE - All that tract, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being
situated at Greenport and being known and designated on a certain map
entitled "Plan of Property at Greenport, Suffolk County, New York,
known as the Greenport.Driving Park, surveyed by C. R. Bateman, and
laid out in lots by C. E. Rall, C.E., Brooklyn, New York," as and by
Lots Nos. Eighteen (18) and Sixty-four (64), said lots when taken
together being bounded with reference to said map as follows:-Northerl
by Linnet Street fifty (50) feet) easterly by Lots Nos. 63 and 20;
southerly by Brown Street fifty (50) feet, and westerly by Lots Nos.
16 and 65.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by William L.
Gaffga to Elisec Laurin and Angelina Laurino, his wife, by Deed dated
September 7th 1937 and recorded in .the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on September 16th 1937 in Liber 1944 of Deeds at Page 551, the said
Eliseo Laurin having died a resident of Suffolk County on the 5th
day of September 1947.
PARCEL:NO. TWO - ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate at
Greenport Driving Park near the Village of Greenport in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:-
Lots Numbers Sixty-one (61), Sixty-two (62) and Sixty-three (63) as
shown on Map of Greenport Driving Park filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office, Riverhead, New York, on December 1st 1909 as Map No.
369.__
