Eighteen (18) and Sixty-four (64), said lots when taken together being bounded with reference to said map as follows:-Northerl by Linnet Street fifty (50) feet) easterly by Lots Nos. 63 and 20; southerly by Brown Street fifty (50) feet, and westerly by Lots Nos. 16 and 65. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by William L. Gaffga to Elisec Laurin and Angelina Laurino, his wife, by Deed dated September 7th 1937 and recorded in .the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 16th 1937 in Liber 1944 of Deeds at Page 551, the said Eliseo Laurin having died a resident of Suffolk County on the 5th day of September 1947.
