thence along land of the party of the first Dart and passing through a monument
N. 84° 50' 50" E - 207 feet, more or less, to ordinary high nater mark of

to said land of Schaub; thence along said land of Schaub and passing through a

right of way above mentioned shall run with the land hereby conveyed and shall I
