residuary devisee under the Last Will and Testament of Bessie Brown, who died

paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a monument set on the northerly side of Front Street where
the division line between Lot No. 86 and Lot No. 84 intersects the northerly side
of Front Street as shown on a certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map of Part of
the Estate of Thomas F. Price, Sr., situate at Greenport, Suffolk County, New
York, filed on 12-12-27, File No. 851 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office;
RUNNING THENCE Northerly along said last mentioned division line as
shown on said map 149.64 feet to the division line between Lot No. 84 and No. 94;
THENCE easterly along said last mentioned division line and the division
line between Lot Nos. 84 and 95as shown on the above mentioned map, 39.10 feet
to the Homestead sold to Chugin being land now or formerly of St. Agnes R. C.
Church;
THENCE southerly along said last mentioned land, 150.00feet to a monument
and the northerly side of Front Street;
THENCE westerly along the northerly side of Front Street as shown on the
above mentioned map on a course bearing, South 89 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds
West 49.36 feet to the monument first above mentioned at the point or place of
BEGINNING.
