the same person as the grantee in the deeds dated August 26, 1950 and December

party of the first part,and WILLIAM A, IDRENZO and ANN LORENZO, his wife, both
residing in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State

particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Bayshore Road wherethe
division line between Lots Numbers 124 and 125 as shown on the above mentioned
map intersects said Westerly side of Bayshore Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 23 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds East along
said Westerly side of Bayshore Road 150.00 feet to the division line between
