TISDALE, residing at 123D Sixth Avenue, New York 20, New York, and HELEN B, TISDALE, residing at 17 Park Avenue, New York City, New York, parties of the first part, and 1AIIE1GCO.. Brom and Lillian if. Brown to Ansel V. Young and A. George Rowe by deed dated May 17, 1926, and recorded In the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on My 26, 1926, In Liber 1195 of deeds at page 34, _ with the Northerly line of land of Terry Brothers, running thence along amid Easterly line of land of Ansel V. Young and A.
