i BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Fiddler Lane distant 226.40
feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of said westerly side
of Fiddler Lane and the northerly side of Manhanset Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE South 84 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds West, along
land now or formerly of Satriano, 100 feet;
THENCE North 5 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds West, along land now or
formerly of Levine & Brown, 80 feet;
i THENCE North 84 degrees 50 minutes 50 seconds East, along land now or '
formerly of Shivickas 100 feet to the westerly side of Fiddler Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 5 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds East, along the
westerly side of Fiddler Lane, 80 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDEDTOBE a portion of the premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Sanuel Levine and Edm A. Brown by deed dated August
31st, 1955 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 2nd,
1955 in Liber 4031 ep.. 64.
TOGETHER with the right to extend a water pipe line through a four-inch
pipe line owned by the party of the first part and extending from the above de-
scribed premises in a general southerly direction to the municipal water main of
the Village of Greenport.
