BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of the North Road at the
northeasterly corner of land conveyed by the party of the first part
to Hugelmeyer; from said point of beginning running along said
southerly line N. 660 36' 40" E. - 175.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence
along land of race Robinson Estate, 2 courses, asfollows:
(1) S. 230 23' 20" E. - 150.0 feet to an iron pipe; thence
(2) S. 660 36' 40" W. - 161.13 feet to said land of Hugelmeyer; thenc
along said land of Hugelmeyer, N. 280 40' 20 20" W. - 150,64 feet
to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the same premises conveyed to
ppp the parties of the 1st part herein by a Deed from Grace F. Robinson,
dated May 4, 1951 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
I May 7, 1951 in Liber 3211 of Deeds at page 415.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by Carl B. Hugelmeyer and Helen E. Hugelmeyer, his wife, by a
Deed dated August 25th, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office August 31, 1961 in Liber 5042 of Deeds at page 31.
