part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and

State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
Beginning at a monument on the northerly line of the I•[iddle Road
at the southeasterly corner of land of party of the second part and
_ the southwesterly corner of land of party of the first part; from said
point of beginning running along said northerly line of the Middle
Road, N. 62 001 E. - 270.0 feet a monument; thence along said land
of party of the first part, N. 28 001 W. - 360 foot, more or less, to
ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence southwesterly
along said high water mark, 295 feet, more or less, to said land of
party of the second part; thence along said land, S. 280 001 E. - 230
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Containing 1 3/4 aeras,
more or loss.
This dead is given for the purpose of correcting an error in the
description in a deed mado by the party of the first part hereto to
the party of the second part hereto, executed January 19, 1965, 1
acknowledged January 22, 1965 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk in Libor 5692 of Deeds at page 142 on the
27th day of January, 1965.
