BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the curved southerly line of Beach Road at the
intersection thereof of the northwesterly corner of the premises to be described
and which point is the northerly corner of land of the Town of Southold, and run-
ning thence easterly along the southerly side of Beach Road, on a curve bearing
to the left, having a radius of 446 feet, a distance along said curve of 100 feet to
land now or formerly of Pollrlt; thence south 38 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds
west, along said land, 220.36 feet to the waters of Sterling Creek; thence along
same, on a tie line course of north 69 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds west, 80.0
feet to the aforementioned lands of the Town of Southold; thence north 33 degrees
10 minutes 00 seconds east along the same, 243.0 feet to the southerly side of
Beach Road at the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by John A. Muir
and George G. Muir to the parties of the first part by deed dated May 26, 1958,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 5, 1958, in Liber 4468
of Deeds at page 391.
