by land of the Village of Greennort, southerly partly by land of Waylanc C
Brown and partly by the Main Road, westerly partly by land of Ernest
Wiggins and partly by land of Floyd F. King, containing thirty-one (31)
acres, be the same more or less.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by Edward B. Prince and wife by deed dated November 27, 194
and recorded November 29th, 1946 in Liber 2654 at page 34.
