of land, situate at Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of Colony Road
59.75 feet northeasterly along .said northwesterly line of Colony Road
from a concrete monument set at theintersection of the said north-
westerly line of Colony Road aAd the southwesterly line of Bayview
Avenue, running from said point of beginning along said northwesterav
line of Colony Road South 76" 30' 30" 'Nest 59.75 feet to said inter-
section; running thence still South 760 30' 30" West 215 feet more or
less along Lot 63 as shown on "Map of Summer Baven", surveyed December
4, 1931 and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 5, 1933, to
the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomoque Pond (also known as Mill
Creek); running thence northwesterly along said ordinary high water
mark of Arshamomoque Pond (also known as Mill Creek) 660 feet more or
less to a private road of Valentine Ruch; running thence along.the
southeasterly line of said private road two courses, as follows:
(1) North 55" 27' 40" East 130 feet more or less and (2) North 620 45'
00" East 122.26 feet to other land of J. Herbert Cassidy and running
thence South 46" 41' 30" East 738.91 feet along other land of J. Herbert-,
Cassidy to,the point or place of beginning. The foregoing courses and
distances are as shown on "Map of Land, surveyed for George Kaelin at
Arshamomoque, L.I., N.Y,", surveyed February 21, 1951, revised March
14, 1951, by Otto VanTuyl &.Son, Licensed Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, in and
to said Colony Road and Bayview Avenue adjoining said premises. s

said Arshamomoque Pond, also known as Mill Creek, adjoining said

This is a correction deed given for the purpose of correcting
erroneous survey description in deed from the parties of the first
part to the party of the second part dated March 7, 1951 and recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3191 of Deeds at page 43.x,
