BEING AND INTENDED TO BE all of lot No. 96 and the northerly one-half of lot No. 97, as shown on said map, and a portion of the premises conveyedbyKerwin & Kerwin, Inc. to the party of the first part by a deed dated the 16th day of January, 1950 and recorded March 15, 1950 in the Office of'the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3055 of Deeds at page 171.
