(270) feet, more or less, to the Creek; thence southwesterly and then
southerly and than southeasterly along the creek about one hundred
(100) feet to a point on the extension southerly of the first course
of the premises herein described; thence along other land of the party
of the first part on said extension southerly about fifty (50) feet to
a pipe, said pipe being three hundred seventy (370) feet southerly from
said southerly line of Island View Lane; thence westerly along said
