PARCEL I -beginning at an iron pipe on the easterly side of a 50 foot private road
known as Maple Lane distant 1216.66 feet southerly as measured along the said east-
erly side of Maple Lane from the intersection of the southerly side of the Main Road
and the easterly side of Maple Lane; running thence through other land of Bernard &
Theodore Kaplan(Dawn Estates) north 56°37'10" east, 195 feet to the iron pipe in the
westerly line of land of Rutkowski; running thence along said last mentioned line of
Rutkowski, south 330 22'50" east, 105 feet to an iron pipe; running thence through
other land of Bernard &Theodore Kaplan(Dawn Estates), south 5697'10"west, 195
feet to an iron pipe in the said easterly side of Maple Lane; running thence along the
said easterly side of Maple.Lane, north 33022150"west, 105 feet to an iron pipe m
the said easterly side of Maple Lane, the point or place of beginning.
PARCEL D -beginning at an iron pipe in the northerly line of the land of Kavanagh,
on the division line between the land of Bernard &Theodore Kaplan(Dawn Estates)
and the land of Ifwanagh which said iron pipe is distant 147.08 feet easterly as
measured along said division line having a course north 58-29'10" east from a point
