THIS:IlmENT'liEiE, made the 7th day of December, nineteen hundred
andnsixty three, BE'lWEEN GeorgeP. Chevrier and Loretta McCarry
CheVrier, his wife, both residing at 85 Roosevelt Avenue, Spring~
field, Massachusetts, party of the first part, and William T.
King and RoseM. King, his wife, both residing at 4708 North
"Dixie, West Palm Beach, Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party
of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the second part forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the build-
ings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
North by land now or formerly of Magnusson;
East by land now or formerly of Oblom;
South by land now or formerly of Cassidy, and
West by Mill Creek,
containing one and three-quarter acres, more or less.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show and
to covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations
and zoning regulations of record, if any.
BEING the same premises conveyed to George P. Chevrier and
Loretta McCarry Chevrier by deed of William T. King and Rose M.
King, dated September 8, 1962 as recorded in Book 5231, Page 93
by Norman E. Klipp, Clerk of Suffolk County, New York.
