State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 22 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores," and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 27, 1964 as Map No. 4021.
TOGETHER with beach rights and access thereto as described in grant
[R� made by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp. and S.M.S. Land & Develop-
ment Corp. to Eastern Shores, Inc., dated the 17th day of March,
1965 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March
18, 1965 in Liber 5716 at page 16.
