1904 for Referee's Sale, Jaly 2nd 1504, C. H. Bateman, Surveyor and
Engineer, Shelter Island, New York", filed in the office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County, said lots 41, 41 and 42 being bounded and described
as follows:- Northerly by Lots 3'J, 36 and 39, one hundred forty-seven
(149) feet, easterly by lot number 43, one hundred twenty-five and of gh
tenths (125.8) feet; southerly by Corwin Street, one hundred forty-six
(146) feet, westerly by Eighth Street, one hundred twenty-four and nine-
tenths (124.5) feet, being the several dimensions more or less.
