Herx, near Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y., Surveyed December 4, 1931 by L. Wendell Squire, C. E." and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on July 5, 1933 as Map No. 1033. The said premises are bounded and described, with reference to said map, as follows: On the southwest by the northeasterly line of Bayview Avenue a distance of Fifty (50) feet; on the northwest by the southeasterly line of Lot No. Eighty-six (86) a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet; on the northeast by lend of Frank N. Tilling- hast a distance of Fifty (50) feet and on the southeast by the north- westerly line of Lot No. Eighty-three (83)• TOGETHER WITH all of the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to the land lying in Bayview Avenue in front of and adjoining said premises to the center line thereof. SUBJECT TO restrictions and covenants of record, if any. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the same premises conveyed by Kurt Petzschke end another to the party of the first part by deed dated September 2, 1952 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 3, 1952 in Liber 3401 of Deeds at Page 262.
