HomeMy WebLinkAboutL 4503 P 362 LIDER4503 PAGE362 y a N l� THIS INDENTURE made the Rlr_(�' day of�-�---�^-��� 1955 between CORA LEE JENNINGS, residing at 327 Main Street, Greenport, Long Island, New York, party of the first part, and CARLOTTA HANEMAN, residing at 212 Cedar Avenue, Hewlett Bay Park, Long Island, New York, party of the second part, WHEREAS, the last Will and Testament of GRACE FLOYD ROBINSON, duly admitted to probate on September 27: 1954, by the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County, New York, provides as follows: "EIGHTH: I authorize, empower and direct my executor to convey by good and sufficient deed to my friend, CORA LEE JENNINGS, five (5) acres of land out of my homestead lands at Greenport, Suffolk County, New York; such five acres shall in- clude the lands upon which is now erected the port- able Hodgson cabin, and I hereby give devise and bequeath to my said friend, Cora Lee Jennings, such five acres of land as my executor may select and convey to her and said Hodgson cabin. I do hereby further authorize, empower and direct my executor to lay out and define such right of way over the rest of my homestead property as my executor, in his or its sole and absolute discretion, may deem necessary and proper for ingress and egress of vehiclesand persons to and from such five acre parcel so to be conveyed to said Cora Lee Jennings, and I authorize, empower and direct my executor to grant to said Cora Lee Jennings, by good and suffi- cient deed or other instrument, such right of way and to encumber my lands therewith. I hereby ex- pressly confer upon my executor the sole and abso- lute discretion to select and define the boundaries of such five acre parcel and of such right of way." W I T N E S S E T H: That the party of the first part in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00)9 lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby ac- knowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit claim unto. the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever: -1. All the real property, buildings, improve- ments, rights of way, rights andprivileges given, devised and bequeathed to the party of the first part in and by said Article "EIGHTH" of said last Will and Testament of Grace Floyd Robinson, deceased; and 2. Generally, all the right, title interest todalltthe real property situs tef lattGreenportand Suffolk County, New York, whereof the said late Grace Floyd Robinson died seized or possessed, or wherein said late Grace Floyd Robinson had any interest whatsoever.
