lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded:
Westerly by Sterling Place, 50 feet;
Northerly by land now or formerly of Carrie Pratt and Adaline R. Knapp,
224 feet;
Easterly by land now or formerly of Jennie Swain Buckley 50 feet, and
Southerly by land now or formerly of James Monroe King, being lot number
57 on Map of Sixty Lots at Greenport, filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
the 23rd day of October, 1873.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part and Stanley Kudlinski, deceased, her husband, by Home Owner'
Loan Corporation by deed dated July 6th, 1944 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office on July 27th, 1944 in Liber 2375 of deeds at page 358.
