party of the first part,
and 1.!, JA].tES HENDRY, and ADELE H. HENDRY, his wife,
both residing at 632 Roanoke Avenue, Riverhead, New York,
part Is a of the second part,
3itneggetl, that the party of the first part,in consideration of
Tan Dollars,
lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration
paid by the parties of the second part
do as hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part,
their distributees
and assigns forever,
that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
]mown and designated on a certain map entitled oMap of Wickham park
Lots", owned by Westfield City Realty Corporation, located at
Arshamomque, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N.Y., surveyed
1927 by Otto Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor of Greenport, N.Y.,
and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, 1927, being
lot number seventy-eight (76) as shown on said map.
Subject however to covenants and restrictionscontained in
former deeds of record, which may now be in force.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Elizabeth F. Olsen by deed dated
April 15, 1952, and recorded Liber 3341 op 320.
Said promisee are also designated as lot number 78 on „f
Revised Map of Peconio Bay Estates, filed July 30, 1928 in Suffolk
County Clerk's office as Map #658; and are also designated as lot
number 78 on Amended Map A of Peconic Bay Estates, filed May 19,
1933 in Suffolk County Clerk's office as Map #1124 _
Together with all right, title and interest of the party of..thefirst
part in and to the land lying inthe streets and roads in front:of
and adjoining said premises.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
party of the first part in and to said promises. A
