BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly boundary line of land conveyed or I

South 56 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds West 51.21 feet along said northerly bounder}

Builders Corp., 260.0 feet southerly along said westerly boundary from a monument
at the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Yuma Corp., from said point
of beginning running along said land conveyed or about to be conveyed to Ruth F.

West 110 feet more or less, to the easterly edge of a dredged canal; thence
northerly along said easterly edge of said canal, 125 feet, more or less; thence
along land of the parties of the first part and passing through a monument North 63
degrees 09 minutes 50 seconds East 125 feet, more or less, to a monument on said
westerly line of said 50 foot right of way; thence along said westerly line South 20
degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds East 115.0 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 50 feet in width from the southeasterly corner

first part from Robert H. Preston by deed dated May 7, 1959, and recorded in the
